In this forth episode in this series Brook and Attorney Kelli Avallone discuss the process of being stuck in the doldrums of the legal process and the frustrations that go along with that. Understanding that sometimes there is nothing that is or will move the process along and finding ways to sit and process that is difficult and during high conflict cases finding ways to solve some of the custody issues and deal with the financial stress can and ofter does create high levels of anxiety .
